What is covered?

Our rings are made with titanium metal for ultimate durability, while known for being one of the strongest naturally occurring metals on earth, is resistant to dent and corrosion. Due to the strength of the material, resizing may be difficult at your neighbor jeweler. That is why our policy is the best ever!

During the life of the ring, your finger may change in size, we will replace the ring with another size for free of charge. Because how you feel in our rings matter to us. Fit is our priority. We want your ring to fit perfectly through any life changes and that even includes freshmen 15 and dad bods.

We even cover items purchased from third-party vendors! Woo-hoo!

If your ring is no longer available, you may even be eligible for the newest edition of your ring or other available ring in a similar style and price range.

What is not covered

Our lifetime warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by neglect, improper use of the product, or normal wear and tear.

What to expect during the Warranty Claim?
Send us an email to info@nanacomen.com with your name, address, and ID number and a detailed description of the issue.

Once approved, send us your ring. We may ask you for images of the ring along with proof of purchase from an authorized NANACO retailer, or the online order number.
Upon receiving your ring, we will send you a replacement.

Please note that you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.
